I’m so sorry. When dealing with difficult situations I love to listen and sing the song “Blessed be Your Name” by Tree 63. Your quote about the Lord giveth and taketh away…made me think of this song.

Oh my goodness (karmen typing here)….that kitty is SO cute. I am a total cat lover. We have 2. I’m not sure Doug would say he is a cat lover. He tolerates them and sometimes acts like he likes them. Anyone else who owns a kitty is a friend of mine!!!

I’m just putting one foot in front of the other. All we have left to do is some minor paint touch-ups and repairs on the front porch railings and a bit of yard work. There is a small collection in the “things to give away” pile that will need to be removed, as well as a pile of cardboard boxes. I’ve got a crew coming in to clean and polish the place on Wednesday evening. If I can keep my motivation going, we should be able to finish this week.

I’m sure my faithful readers will be happy to hear about something other than this house!
